Mendola Tech Customer Panel
APPLICATIONMendola Tech Customer Panel is the client dashboard and account connection service used by Mendola.Tech customers. It centralizes managed-website requests, SEO reporting, and authorized Google Business Profile data so each client can review the information used to maintain their online presence.
Google Business Profile Connection
A customer may voluntarily connect a Google account that manages their business locations. The connection is used to read account, location, and review data required for reputation reporting and managed website review displays.
Review Synchronization
Authorized Google Business Profile reviews can be synchronized into Mendola.Tech systems, cached for reliable display, and published on the corresponding customer website. The public website also links visitors to the business's Google review profile.
How Google Account Access Is Used
- Identify Google Business Profile accounts and locations the connecting user is authorized to manage
- Retrieve location details, aggregate ratings, and customer reviews for the selected business
- Refresh cached review data for SEO reporting and customer-approved website displays
- Maintain source links so website visitors can verify feedback directly on Google
The application does not use Google Business Profile data for advertising, does not sell the data, and does not grant unrelated third parties access to a customer's connected account.
Access and Control
Connecting a Google account is optional and requires the account holder's consent. Customers can revoke access from their Google Account permissions or ask Mendola.Tech to disconnect and delete the stored connection. The private dashboard requires authentication; this public page remains available without signing in so users can understand the application before consenting.
